"Donna always gives at least 100% effort to our guests when conversing with guests and creating their itineraries. Donna especially shines when there is a tall order to fill from a guest who wants to make a big impact. She communicates very well with all other departments to let them know what their part is going to be. Donna stays late when it is busy without hesitation, even after a grueling, long day. Donna is also proactive with ideas to improve the concierge department and resort operations. But most of all, Donna is always aware that she is on stage, and has her happy face on, even in the midst of outright delirium. Her well of enthusiasm never empties and I challenge anyone to match her stamina. If all employees were as aware of being on stage as Donna is, we would be the friendliest resort in the world today, not three years from now. These are the reasons Donna Friedman should be employee of the month for April." "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. How do you maintain the landscape at Enchantment Resort? One day at a time. To make this happen we have to have dependable, knowledgeable and motivated team members. Alberto is all of this and more. I have nominated Alberto twice previously and I am doing it again because I am convinced he is deserving of this recognition. He maintains the landscape in area #3, he maintains the landscape at three private homes, and he helps with projects. Just recently we added almost 130 new plants to casita #29 and along the sidewalk. Alberto was the team leader for this project as well as doing much of the planting and irrigation installation. We recently installed summer flowers and cement flowerpots. Alberto was called on again to help. He works hard and does it without complaint. Alberto goes beyond Employee of the Month. He is Employee of the Year. Because he is there everyday making sure our guests have the best experience possible. Please don’t let another month slip by without giving Alberto the recognition he deserves." Dana Smith
