"Shelly is my “Super-Star”! Dale, Deana, Bob and I are so thankful to have Shelly working with us. Her work is quality and she produces way more than the average worker. Why I really believe that Shelly is worthy of the EOM Title is that she is an extraordinary employee, in that she helps wherever she can, without having to be asked. An example of this is all the extra work Shelly did with Reservations when we converted to Visual 1. Another reason is that she puts the resort before her own personal needs and everything she does is unconditional, she doesn’t do things for reward or recognition. An example of this is all the extra work she did with groups and guests, when Deana was off with her surgery. Shelly jumped in, learned and did the jobs she could, with never a complaint. A group leader asked to meet with her on a Saturday, Shelly was scheduled to go to Las Vegas on the Friday evening, but she changed her plans. Wow!!!" Bryan Oldham

"With Deana out of the office with her injury during this month, Shelly has really stepped up to help in this trying period. She has had to learn the new front office system along with help handle the normal guest inquires. Shelly has helped in the accounts receivables by assisting in getting caught up with the group billing and month end receivables. Shelly has gone to the pre-con meetings and had to take time out of her previously planned weekend trip to meet with a group contact.
