"Recently
we had some high profile guests at Mii amo. Chris
greeted them upon arrival and handled their
check in process. He was thorough, very gracious and
attentive to their needs/expectations. The last
night of their stay they commented on how great
every staff member at Mii amo was – however – who
impressed them most was Chris. Every time
they passed him he greeted them by name and he asked
how their stay was and always asked if there was
anything they needed him to change for them, bring
to them, etc. They mentioned that he seemed to have
their agenda memorized. He made them feel really
special."

is nothing that I need to say about one of our
employees when their name is mentioned by the
guest in the comment cards, because that says it
all. In this case I am talking about Beverly
Fisher. The guest had nothing but positive
things to say about Beverly’s friendly,
courteous and professional service that they
received when they were dining in Yavapai. And I
know I see the same about Beverly’s
interaction with co-workers, when I work up in
the kitchen. Thank you Beverly, you
definitely created memories by exceeding
expectations because the guest remembered you by

"Almost
all of the work Shelly does is
“behind the scenes”. Very few people realize
what an enormous task it is to get over 400
employees paid ACCURATELY every other week
AND juggle all payable responsibilities in
between. December was one of the most
challenging months in years, because besides
lots of paid holiday processing, lots of
questions and special requests from
departments and unforgiving
employees, Shelly was responsible for
submitting 4 payrolls in 1 month – that is
double the work for her! I don’t know anyone
that takes their job more seriously than
Shelly does and she chose to work on
Christmas day in order to ensure she had
enough time to process all PAF forms and
other payroll related paperwork for checks
on New Year’s Eve. Shelly, you many
times are a miracle worker and it is much
