Since taking control, moral has improved and the new menus are off to a successful start with positive comments. She has a can do attitude and cares about the quality of food that she sends out.  She supports our culinary department with the drive to not settle for mediocrity. "Dennis comes to work everyday with the most important part of his uniform his smile.  He makes sure all of the tasks for the day are getting completed.  The fruit basket at the front desk is never empty if Dennis is working.  He follows up on guests request and is always willing to make another trip to the guest’s room to make sure their needs are filled.  He always stays his full shift and is willing to help and stay longer if needed."
