is worth his weight in gold (that’s a lot of
gold!) As if being on the schedule for two
departments isn’t enough (sometimes at the same
time!), it is not uncommon for Jeff to help
out other departments without being prompted or
asked to do so. Why just the other night, Jeff
was helping break down a banquet function after a
long grueling day. He volunteered to do this!
Jeff is acutely aware of guests’ needs and
fulfills their requests with great enthusiasm. He is
always making suggestions in an attempt to improve
service. Most weeks, he works six or seven days a
week and often volunteers to work the eighth. Jeff
never slows down, even when he gets struck by
lightening!!! As he was lying on the gatehouse
floor, his biggest concern was attending to the car
that had just pulled up. He managed to get himself
up on one knee and greet the guest with a
smile! Everyone should take note of what Jeff
Cranford contributes to our resort. This man is a
tough act to follow. The rest of us can only hope to

months and is now back with us full time at the
Front Desk. We are so happy to have him back! He
brings a professionalism and confidence to the desk
that our guests appreciate. He has become a trainer
and true leader. WE even enjoy his very dry sense of

outstanding job and is a great asset to the
company. Dale handles all emergencies, he is
very professional, and he takes on extra projects
and handles all the problems at night without
any supervision. It’s in Dale’s nature to
respect all living creatures - he takes all Code 3’s
and relocates each to a more suitable home, be it
snake or smaller critters. I appreciate all the
efforts he makes on behalf of Enchantment and Mii
