"Patricia starts her morning at 5:00 am she is the AM lobby and spa relief person. You will find her at 5:00am either cleaning Yavapai dining room or cleaning the treatment rooms upstairs at Mii amo.  She always has a great smile and a very positive attitude and is willing to assist in all areas. "Barb has been the foundation of the reservation department at Mii amo. Several of her co-workers have come and gone and yet she continues to be committed to making the initial contact with the guest extremely positive and supportive. She has offered to do what is necessary to keep the department moving forward during the staff transitions. Even when the phones are ringing constantly and all seems crazy in the office.
