to electrical problems to his HVAC

very fortunate to have such an employee with

"Mary
is without a doubt one of the most conscientious
people I know. She comes in early and instead of
just sitting around waiting for her shift to
start, Mary is upstairs setting up for
the day. I see her cleaning stones and
restocking sheets and in general just helping
out in every way. Mary is very flexible
with her schedule and she recently came back
after working all day to do an 8:30 pm service
that we could not get covered otherwise. We call
on her many times to pull us out of a jam.
Mary also volunteers her time outside of
work to many causes and is a great
representative of the resort. It is for these
reasons, plus many more, that I think Mary

"What can I say
about Ben except WOW. What a great first
impression he must make on our guest! I’ve had the
occasion to observe him with guests a number of
times and he is always so helpful and sincere. I
observed him today stopping his cart to speak to a
guest who was trying to make a cell phone call and
Ben was trying to assist by giving other
locations for the guest to better connect. Ben
truly is the best of the best and I believe he is
truly worthy of the employee of the month award."
