He also has a great personality and he has wonderful demeanor with guests and fellow team members. Clifford is a smooth operator even when Tii Gavo is very busy. I’ve never seen him shaken, rattled or rolled. Cliff is also helping out PBX during times when we need additional staffing. "Donny holds several positions here at the Enchantment. He cooks Cafeteria, washes dishes in oasis and banquets, takes care of all equipment, china glass silver, and does all special projects for F & B. I know when Donny is here working, that all of my equipment is organized and not getting mishandled. Donny also along with Rachelle from engineering, cleaned the entire oasis employee smoking area. I know he is a great asset to Matt in banquets as well as the entire department. When Donny is here, everything is always smoother! Thank you Donny!" Chef Steve
