employees. I cannot tell you the number of times that
therapists have come to me and said that they couldn’t
have done the quality and quantity of treatments during busy
time if it were not for Francine. She is always in
motion always attending to the needs of the spa and the
therapists. Francine is always willing to come in on
her days off to help during busy times and has saved us more
than once!!!! Francine has taken over more
responsibilities such as ordering supplies and has lightened
my workload. I know if Francine is doing a project
that it will be done right!!! When Francine is
working I know that all will be well and I don’t
have to worry about a thing. She is foresight and has helped
