functioned in the capacity of Manager of the Banquets
Department over the past several weeks and has done a
great job! Matt consistently demonstrates
superior supervisory skills, anticipates needs of the
department, and pays close attention to all details of
group events. He establishes strong relationships with
our group contacts as well as our internal staff. He
is knowledgeable, professional and dependable. We are

"Freddy will soon
be transferring from the Grounds department to the
Engineering department to assume responsibilities for
the Water Treatment Plant. Freddy has been
responsible for the turf areas on this property for
over a year. The nice, full, healthy green grass you
see is because of his hard work and conscientious
efforts. We are going to miss him."
"There’s a song that has
a line in it that goes 'You don’t know what you got
till it’s gone.' We know what we got and we were
fortunate to have him. I believe Freddy is
employee of the month because of what he did for so
many months previous. He has taken the landscape at
this resort to a higher level, something we can all be
