"I want to thank Kandi for all of her hard work during October.  Besides doing her regular job, she assisted in banquets for two of our events. One evening we had a banquet on property and one off property.  There was not a banquet manager or captain on the one at the resort.  Kandi helped get everything organized and even assisted with the needs for the next day events. The other event was at VV School where the client decided 30 minutes prior that he wanted his punch passed upon arrival and he wanted his wine poured at the tables and not at the bar.  Also there was not any lighting so she could not see what she was doing.  It was a good thing we had Kandi, because I don’t know anyone else beside Daniel who could have done this job that evening." This past month he has taken the initiative in many areas. He has “taken on” the room preparation process and is learning Supervisory tasks to assist with duties when management is out of the office. Even though he is relatively new to the team, he has caught on so quickly to many tasks that he is leading the training of others.
