"Chris is our reservations department! She has been working extremely hard to learn as much as she can during our current transition period. Even though she hopes to join the concierge department at some point, she is eager and willing to support operations at Mii amo until we are fully staffed. "It's tough to decide if Kathie should be nominated for Front of House or Heart of House employee of the month.  Kathie was hired in our warehouse but recently, some team members have been required to take on additional duties. It seems that lately, she has had to spend more time covering store shifts then working at her own position in the warehouse. Kathie has always been willing to drop what she was doing and attend to the most urgent requirements and guests needs. Kathie always thinks on her feet and responds appropriately and promptly. She quickly became someone the store and her manager know they can count on for support. The guests love her as well and I recently had someone tell me she was the best Retail clerk they had ever encountered, not just here but anywhere!!!  WOW   I want to thank Kathie for all her efforts, "Can Do" attitude and sunny smile...Enchantment is lucky to have Kathie Dowhower in the Front of House, Heart of House and anywhere else she is needed." On several occasions, I have seen Mambo cook for Oasis, keep the food stocked, and wash the dishes as well. He understands the challenges and knows what needs to be done without having to be told.
